Helen DeVos Overview Helen DeVos is proud to be recognized as one of U.S. News & World Report's 2022-2023 Best Children's Hospitals in the nation for four sub-specialties. Helen DeVos is a state-of-the-art, globally integrated, 234-bed free standing dedicated children's hospital located on the main campus of Corewell Health. Annually, there are 8760 inpatient and 124,600 ambulatory visits, as well as over 55,185 children seen in the Pediatric Emergency Department (Level 1 Trauma rated). Helen DeVos also has one of the nation's largest NICU's (108-beds). Practice Overview We are one of the largest pediatric residency clinics in Michigan! We are a fast paced and growing practice. Our residents cover multiple inpatient floors at HDVCH as well as our outpatient clinic. Our attending providers cover the newborn nursery in addition to our outpatient clinic. Office Culture Having a strong team environment is the key to our success; everyone is part of the team. The providers, residents, nurses, medical assistants, and patient service representatives all work very closely together to make sure our patients receive the best care possible.
