University Aquatics involves the scheduling, organizing, supervision, and operations of the University Aquatic Center, the Cooke Hall pools, the St. Paul Gymnasium (SPG) pool and the aquatic programs conducted in those facilities. We offer a wide variety of programs that serve a diverse population. The Coordinator for Aquatic Programs and reports directly to the Assistant Director for Aquatics. This position manages all aspects of our Gopher Swim School lesson program, and our student, youth and community-based aquatic programs. Additionally, they supervise staff, facility operations and risk management at the SPG pool. The general work hours for this position are Sunday-Thursday, 10:00am-6:30pm, with adjustments made as needed. Direct Gopher Swim School: 70% Facility and Risk Management Support: 20% Community Outreach: 10% Qualifications
