Job Summary
Salary Range: $120,000.00 to $125,000.00 Per Year
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement activities related to specific projects, product group, ensuring that materials, equipment, and services are selected and acquired on time, within budget, and in accordance with product specifications, and global gSOPs. This role requires close collaboration with Quality, R&D, engineering teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support a successful execution. CHALLENGES Supplier Reliability : Ensuring suppliers meet deadlines and quality standards. / Managing risks like delays, shortages, or quality issues. Coordination with Project Teams : Aligning procurement activities with project milestones./ Handling last-minute changes in project scope or specifications. Cost Control : Negotiating favorable terms without compromising quality. / Managing price fluctuations and unexpected costs. Compliance and Documentation :Ensuring all purchases comply with internal policies and external regulations. Global Sourcing : Dealing with international suppliers / Managing lead times and geopolitical risks. Stakeholder Communication :Keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
