Key Account Administrative Coordinator

Reports to: Director of Upholstery Dealer Services

Key responsibilities:


  • Communicates directly with key account(s) regarding order status.
  • Communicates directly with key account(s) on all other administrative issues (quality, parts, etc)
  • Maintains and distributes all customer required reporting regarding orders and order status.
  • Communicates/interacts with all internal departments as needed (i.e., Sales, Merchandising, Manufacturing Operations, Sourcing/Purchasing, Transportation, Dealer Services)
  • Communicates/interacts directly with key account(s) as required.
  • Communicates/interacts directly with vendors as needed.
  • Coordinates with all parties listed above to ensure that orders deliveries met customer expectations.
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.



Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
