As an A&E Project Manager, you are responsible for directing External Vendors and in-house Engineering. Also, you'll be responsible for work directly with our clients and customer. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

As an A&E Project Manager, you are responsible for directing External Vendors and in-house Engineering. Also, you'll be responsible for work directly with our clients and customer. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

• Maintain strong and open relationships with owners, clients, government agencies and trade associations.
• Assure constant communication between all vendors, engineers, and administrative staff.
• Attend project meetings with the client.
• Assure that a correct budget is set up for each service.
• Assure timely approval of POR's and expenses associated with projects either by direct performance or trained delegation.
• Assure that job forecasts are accurate and a cost to complete thoroughly documented each month for all projects.
• Gather the supporting documentation for change orders, change of conditions and ROI's. Document the status of all work in progress to assure the company is compensated for all work performed.
• Coordinate with our document review team to ensure all provided documentation provided by vendors meet customer guidelines
• Assure resources necessary for the project are scheduled and available in a timely manner through coordination with vendors.
• Assure that all project closeout paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Must have Mount Analysis, Structural Analysis and basic Construction Drawing knowledge.

About You:

• Preferably AT&T and Ericson experience.
• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work.
• You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• You have 3+ years of SAQ and/or A&E project experience.
• You have advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate experience in schedule management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• You have precise hand-eye coordination.
• Able to identify and distinguish colors.
• Able to read blueprints accurately.
• Able to communicate progress, highlight issues, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
