The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an associate to join the Health Care & Life Sciences group in our Washington, DC, Chicago or New York office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. About You:

  • You have 2-6 years of health care experience;
  • You have experience in advising clients on complex health care regulatory issues (including fraud and abuse, Stark Law, HIPPA, licensure and reimbursement matters);
  • You have experience in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures involving health care entities;
  • You enjoy working in a team environment and seek opportunities to work on a broad range of regulatory matters and business transactions in the health care industry;
  • You have the ability to interact with government regulators;
  • You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials, and
  • You are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

Compensation

  • $235,000 - $320,000 annual base salary
