Genesis10 is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for a contract-to-hire position with a leading client in Columbus, OH. This is an on-site position. Compensation: $20.00 per hour W2. Job Description: The Shipping Coordinators' primary responsibility is to process incoming packages for the corresponding order number and ship them back out to the end-user. Additionally, the Shipping Coordinator's responsibilities include adding any requested accessories to those orders and double-checking the order against the device to ensure the proper equipment was received. They are also responsible for any task requested by the Shipping Lead position and Logistics Manager. The Shipping Coordinator's duties may include but are not limited to completing any clearance documents requested, final order review if behind, help with receiving incoming packages, and processing, or receiving pallet shipments. Responsibilities: Processing and tracking incoming shipments. Managing the inventory of devices and accessories. Matching incoming devices to open orders. Processing shipments quickly to achieve shipping-related service level agreements (SLA). Recording all data for outbound shipments. Processing return orders from clients. Equipping and provisioning devices as required. Assisting with the final order review. Assisting with tasks to ensure Logistics and client run smoothly. Providing support to Helpdesk, Logistics, and Project Management teams. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
