KPMG is currently seeking a Marketing Manager, KPMG Tax and Legal Services to join our Tax organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Tax and Legal Services Marketing team to assist in the development of marketing strategy and manage marketing campaigns, programs, and related value propositions to support legal services go to market activities
  • Liaise and collaborate with other relevant marketing teams to develop and deploy national marketing programs and deliverables for use in branding and go to market activities
  • Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to target primary buyers, ensuring consistency, impact and alignment of Legal Services goals; review and analyze research and competitive intelligence to understand buyer issues
  • Monitor and review campaign data and metrics to make recommendations to achieve program goals
  • Promote content, events, and other initiatives across the full spectrum of digital/social channels
  • Leverage the KPMG marketing and GenAI technology tools to develop customer journeys that reflect KPMG's business priorities, drive awareness, and help generate demand for legal services
  • Assist in supporting legal services client hosted events and sponsorship and other participating conferences; help develop marketing material, ads, signage and any other pre-conference and onsite support needed
  • Actively and proactively participating in efforts to improve processes and project management
Qualifications:
  • Minimum six years of recent combined marketing and digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience developing and executing upon a strategic marketing plan for a complex business, including the following skills: market research, navigating multiple stakeholders, ROI reporting, sponsorship identification and evaluation, deep project management, buyer persona development, buyer journey development, content strategy
  • Prior experience working with business executives and stakeholders with a proven ability to collaborate and manage expectations of senior business leaders; ability to work well with/between groups with complementary and competing priorities to achieve common goals
  • Knowledge of the business environment, KPMG Law's scope of services and intersection with KPMG LLP services; should possess deep knowledge of leading practices, MarTech systems ( Salesforce, Optimizely and GenAI tools), digital/social marketing, content marketing, external benchmarks, and industry trends and understands how to apply them; capacity to derive insights and report on impact to propose strategies for growth
  • Experience developing and executing a strategic marketing plan for a complex business, including skills such as market research, navigating multiple stakeholders, ROI reporting, sponsorship identification and evaluation, deep project management, buyer persona development, buyer journey development, and content strategy
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
