The SOC & HITRUST team helps organizations strengthen control environments and protect sensitive data. Specializing in third-party assurance, they deliver tailored SOC reports and HITRUST certifications across industries like technology, healthcare, insurance, and financial services. Their comprehensive assessments support regulatory compliance, enhance data security, and build trust with customers and partners.
What You Will Do:
- Guide and contribute to the execution of compliance reports, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 readiness assessments and examinations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.
- Review and approve testing procedures and results, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to applicable frameworks, while identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Lead operational planning by optimizing resource allocation and coordinating team schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by maintaining expert-level knowledge of assurance and compliance standards and proactively applying updates to engagement strategies.
- Ensure delivery excellence by setting quality benchmarks, conducting peer reviews, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive client engagement by building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching, performance feedback, and structured training programs to build a high-performing team.
- Innovate engagement methodologies by evaluating and enhancing processes, tools, and templates to improve efficiency, scalability, and client value.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on special projects, strategic planning, and cross-functional initiatives that support the firm's long-term goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of SOC-related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Current and valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
- Prior Consulting Experience
- Current and valid CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification
