       Job Purpose: This position is responsible for providing leadership and instruction to FPI and MPI team members and reports directly to the Responsible Level 3. The NDT Quality Specialist serves as the primary point of contact to answer questions, support day-to-day operations, and assist with inspections as needed. This role ensures compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal company policies, while promoting continuous improvement across all NDT activities. This position will also support Chemical Etch processes as needed and collaborate during audits and operations involving these disciplines. Essential Job Functions:
