This is a per diem - as needed position.

Your Role:
Hospice Care at the Sussman House | MaineHealthin Rockport is searching for aRegistered Nurse -Hospice Care at the Sussman House. When a loved one with a terminal illness needshelp with pain control and symptom management, an inpatienthospicefacility such asthe Sussman House may be the solution.Located on the Pen Bay Medical Center campus in Rockport, theSussman House provides care for people whose symptoms are not well managed at home. In partnership withMaineHealth Care at Home, the Sussman Houseprovides advanced hospice services in a caring, home-like setting thatpromotes dignity and quality oflife.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  3. Experience: 1+ years of RN experience required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
