This position is responsible for coordinating and managing initiatives that improve client navigation, satisfaction, and overall program success within a complex tertiary care environment.
In this role, you'll serve as a central point of contact for clients, faculty, and referring veterinarians-removing barriers to care, implementing process improvements, and driving initiatives that enhance the client and patient experience. You'll also oversee strategic projects, develop and maintain standard operating procedures, and manage a volunteer program that supports client care and communication.
