POSITION PROFILE (Job Summary) Be responsible for providing support to the Vehicle and Cargo Management Departments. Duties include managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service by monitoring and accommodating customer needs, creating, and managing bookings, resolving problems, producing invoices and reports, tracking and prioritizing cargo, entering and approving hazardous materials, and coordinating equipment. This position will be responsible for learning the job functions within these departments. The Cargo Management Department operates dayside and nightside shifts and this position will provide coverage while other team members are out of the office for the nightside shift. KNOWLEDGE, Skills And Abilities
Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level. While the job will be primarily during business hours, must be willing to work occasional nights. PHYSICAL EFFORTMost work requires normal physical effort. MANUAL DEXTERITY Requires moderate use of personal computer (word processing and spreadsheets) for compiling reports, statistical data, composing memoranda and other similar documents. Pay will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location and specific job duties.
