Our caregivers enjoy: Competitive compensation Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefits Tuition andreimbursement and caregiver wellness programs A collaborative leadership culture grounded in our values of Love and Excellence Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement The opportunity to make a meaningful difference for patients, families, and fellow caregivers every day Position Details Location: Wilmington Campus Schedule: Full-time \| Day Shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.), including every other weekend and holiday rotation What You'll Do Supervise, coach, and develop an Environmental Services team committed to excellence Coordinate daily staffing, workflow, and departmental operations Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards Partner with nursing and hospital leadership to support an exceptional patient experience Foster a culture of accountability, communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred Two or more years of leadership experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping, Hospitality, Facilities Services, or another operational leadership environment Experience leading Environmental Services, Housekeeping, Facilities Services, Hospitality, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, Hotel Operations, Higher Education, or other large-scale operational teams is valued. Healthcare experience is a plus, but we welcome leaders with strong people leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for developing teams from related industries. Apply today. Hourly Pay Range: $22.29 - $33.44 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
