Astrion has an exciting opportunity for FMS Securityi Management Support for the ISR/SOF contract, supporting the Air Force Division.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in the respective technical/profession discipline being performed, 3 years of which must be in the DoD

OR 7 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 5 years of which must be in the DoD

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Specialized Experience and Education Requirements. No additional requirements beyond those provided for in Section 3.1.1.

• The Contractor will assist with the development and maintenance of time-phased, event-driven SCGs, Program Security Directives (PSDs), Technology Assessment and Control Plans (TA/CPs), and PPPs.

• The Contractor will assist with the development and/or maintenance of the Physical Security requirements for USG facilities/organizations to include preparing all required documentation for secure facilities.

• The Contractor will assist in the integration of U.S. export and technology control laws, DoD/Air Force policy and instructions, and other applicable guidance into program protection planning.

• The Contractor will recommend changes to DoD, Air Force, and program security policy and instructions.

• The Contractor will aid in ensuring proper filing of all records, files, documentation, and working papers in accordance with AF ERM.

• The Contractor will assist in assisting/performing Security Inspections and Enhanced End Use Monitoring (EEUM) with Defense Security Cooperation Agency at various locations and countries outside of the U.S.

• The Contractor will assist with writing/ co-developing and staffing for approval with the associated country an EEUM security plan.

• The Contractor will submit all documentation in draft form to the Government upon request for endorsement and acceptance.
