The Ultrasound Repair Technician 1 plays a crucial role in ensuring the full functionality of purchased and returned used Ultrasound systems. The Ultrasound Repair Technician 1 will possess a detailed system knowledge of ultrasound functionality, and the ability to correctly validate system functionality across multiple Ultrasound models and manufacturers. The Ultrasound Repair Technician 1 will input all system specifications in SalesForce while completing the check in and check out procedures. Requirements Validates system and part functionality through proven test proceduresProperly identifies all failures, if applicableMaintains clean and organized workstationFollows and adheres to all Probo Medical and OSHA safety policies and regulations100% ESD compliance when handling partsAbility to install software application programsManages tools and repair inventory needsMust be able to validate and confirm ultrasound part numbers using manuals, online resources, etc. Ensures quality through proper removal of parts Follows work instructions to properly test functionality prior to shipmentMinimum Qualification: Entry Level, no prior experience neededMust be able to lift to 50 lbs.Basic computer skills Knowledge of how to use basic toolsExperience with Salesforce a plusKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Desire to learn.Creative problem solving.Attention to detail.Logical thinking.Team player.Cross-functional participation.Solid Communication, both verbal and written.
