JOB SUMMARY

Oversees the financial planning, budgeting, and analysis functions to support strategic decision-making and drive organizational growth.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • A working knowledge of Accounting/Finance and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field; and
  • Ten years of increasingly responsible experience in a public company within the finance organization; with five years in a supervisory or leadership capacity


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Directs the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Leads the development of annual budgets, long-range financial plans, and forecasts.
  • Implements and enhances financial systems, tools, and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
  • Analyzes business performance metrics and provides insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Prepares and presents financial reports, models, and projections to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial communication.
  • Manages and mentors the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring professional development.
  • Creates efficiencies and aligns processes across the accounting and finance departments.
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Advanced abilities and experience in handling financial reporting, financial analysis, and computer software.
  • MBA
