Johns Hopkins Community Physician (JHCP) is looking for a Program Coordinator for Specialties service line. The Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations and works collaboratively with department specific personnel and Providers in assisting with the preparations of onboarding, as well as developing, implementing, managing and evaluating programs actively that contribute to the success of the JHCP Specialties section. Manages special and on-going projects as assigned.

Shift: Non-exmpt - Full-time - 40 hours per week

What you need to be successful:




  • Associates Degree required. Work experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement on a 2:1 basis in addition to the required work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred



  • Minimum 3 years' experience in health care administration, office experience, or customer service experience.




Salary Range: Minimum $22.00/hour - Maximum 36.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
