The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Infor XA ERP (on IBM AS400) to join our ERP team. This role requires a techno-functional professional who can bridge business requirements with system capabilities, providing both functional support and technical development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across all Infor XA (aka MAPICS) modules, AS400 development, and a strong background in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide end-to-end support for Infor XA ERP (green screen, Powerlink, and Netlink) modules.


  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and translate into technical solutions.


  • Perform system analysis, configuration, and development within Infor XA and AS400 environments.


  • Develop, test, and deploy modifications, interfaces, and customizations as needed.


  • Troubleshoot system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.


  • Support and optimize manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and distribution processes within XA.


  • Lead Infor XA upgrade projects to newer versions.


  • Ensure system documentation, SOPs, and training materials are developed and maintained.


  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to drive process improvements and efficiency.
  • Travel to manufacturing facilities up to 10% as required.

Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).


  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Infor XA ERP (AS400 platform).


  • Strong knowledge of all XA green screen modules (Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, etc.).


  • Experience with Powerlink and Netlink tools.


  • Development experience on AS400/iSeries (CL, RPG, SQL) and strong understanding of AS400 computation.


  • Proven track record supporting manufacturing business processes.


  • Experience in Infor XA upgrades preferred.


  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems such as SolarWinds and JIRA.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and middleware.
  • Experience with reporting/BI tools connected to XA/AS400.

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
