The Locomotive Compliance Analyst will play an integral part of GATX's locomotive maintenance network and will primarily be responsible for providing direct compliance support to the locomotive maintenance team. Key components of the position will include: keeping abreast of EPA compliance of GATX's fleet of locomotives, developing and maintaining records that relate to all aspects of locomotive maintenance (including EPA compliance), and providing in-depth analysis of locomotive fleet performance. Qualified candidates who are currently Wells Fargo Rail employees will be given priority consideration over other external applicants. Responsibilities

Posting Duration This posting will remain open for 5 days. As of the post date, the salary range for this position is: Min USD $68,600.00/Yr. Max USD $75,000.00/Yr. This role may be eligible to participate in the Company's short-term incentive plan, the details of which will be provided to the applicant upon hire. This range is a reasonable estimate and takes into account several factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, geographic location, skill set, experience, education, training, internal equity, and other business needs. |
