Senior Security Guard

JOB SUMMARY
Maintain and supervise the physical and personnel security, life safety, property protection, and facility monitoring systems of the plant to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.

JOB DUTIES

• Monitor the Security Office during 2nd shift.

• Participate on the Emergency Response Team as an Emergency Response Team Captain.

• Implement and maintain the company physical and personnel security policies, procedures, and programs to include: administration of personnel identification, access control badging system, and visitor access.

• Monitor the facility's integrated life safety monitoring system.

• Train respective area personnel on procedures for disabling/enabling alarm points during construction and maintenance activities.

• Investigate personnel and property incident, accident and loss control reports.

• Support company initiatives, such as: quality, safety and environmental management, CQI, 5S, yield management, and cost containment.

• Provide work direction to facility security officers on a 24 hour per day / 7 day per week on call basis.

• Perform other duties as required.

Salary: $26-$31 hourly (good-faith estimate)
