This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer program and serve as the day-to-day liaison between our brand marketing team and our agency partner.

This role is pivotal in shaping and executing influencer strategies that align with seasonal campaigns, brand initiatives, and cross-functional goals. You'll work closely with our social media team to ensure cohesive messaging across channels and contribute to the development of our overall brand strategy.

  • Lead and evolve our influencer marketing program, driving engagement and brand awareness through strategic partnerships with creators across social platforms.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our agency partner ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, paid social, wholesale, and email teams to amplify influencer content across multiple channels.
  • Develop and oversee a robust gifting and seeding program, identifying creative ways to connect with influencers and drive authentic brand advocacy.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, offering insights and recommendations to optimize influencer efforts and align with broader marketing goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including engagement rates and campaign effectiveness, to inform future initiatives.
  • Champion influencer work across the organization, providing regular updates and advocating for the impact of influencer marketing.

YOUHAVE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and or experience specializing in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications or related field.
  • 4 years of social media experience and 6 years marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading influencer marketing programs from the brand or corporate side, ideally within the apparel or lifestyle industry.
  • A strong track record of managing agency relationships.
  • Experience leading influencer campaigns for a global brand, including contracting, content review, vetting, gifting, and seeding.
  • Expertise with social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, and social media management tools like Sprout Social.
  • Knowledge of budget management, including POs, invoicing, and contracting (preferred).
  • A deep understanding of social media industry trends, with a habit of consuming and engaging with influencer content regularly.
  • Experience managing brand channels, content creation, and upholding brand tone and voice.
