Your role

Drive innovation and lead impactful projects that shape the future of industrial solutions. As a Project Manager, your mission is to lead projects and manage customer relationships to ensure on-time delivery of products that meet customer requirements. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative, profitable partnership between Atlas Copco and our customers. You will report to the Program Manager.


You will



  • Customer Satisfaction: maintain clear communication and check-ins with customers and internal teams, lead commercial negotiations to ensure profitable and collaborative outcomes. Manage esclations, resolve bottlenecks, and balance business and technical needs.
  • Project Management: Work with the team to be proactive in removing roadblocks and identifying trends to be addressed, share knowledge of the foundational principles of project management, and foster communication, collaboration and the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Success of Projects: Deliver projects on time, within scope, and wihting budget. Manage scope changes and customer requests while protecting profitability, and close feedback loops quickly to support continuous improvement.
  • Additional Duties: Provide after-hours support and travel, collaborate with the commissioning team to improve project execution, and support the program management team with special assignments.

  • You have at least 3 years of project management experience (or equivalent).
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent work experience.
  • You have excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including MS-Project.
  • You are familiar with working in an ERP system.

Job location

Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our manufacturing facility in Voorheesville, United States (US). In-office attendance is mandatory on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the flexability to work remotely up to two days per week.
