Principal Job Duties:

  • Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Teams, Outlook integrations) to provide visibility and clarity to stakeholders.
  • Draft and distribute project updates, meeting notes, and communication summaries across teams and departments.
  • Support the VP of Project Management by managing project boards, timelines, and follow-ups on executive-level initiatives.
  • Partner with project managers to ensure consistent documentation, templates, and reporting.
  • Monitor bandwidth impacts on field and department teams, escalating conflicts or overlaps to PMO leadership.
  • Contribute to the development of PMO standards, controls, and visibility practices.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex information clearly.
