Service Reporting Internship Winter 2026

This is a part time, 14-week hybrid winter internship that will run from January 12 to April 17. Must be able to work 20 hours per week within core business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

Open to hiring candidates that reside anywhere near our three primary regions:

  • West (Grand Rapids)
  • East (Southfield)
  • South (St. Joseph)

Job Summary

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support a key project focused on migrating service reporting (reports and dashboards) to a new workspace within the ServiceNow platform. As an intern, you will assist in:

  • Reviewing, organizing, and determining disposition of existing reports and dashboards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and refine their reporting needs
  • Exploring new workspace features and evaluating their impact
  • Contributing to the development of communication and training materials

This project will influence how all Digital Services (DS) team members access and report data in ServiceNow, making your contributions meaningful and visible across the organization.

In addition to service reporting, you'll gain exposure to other IT Service Management (ITSM) practices (including knowledge management and change enablement) while working within the SAFe agile framework-providing a well-rounded experience in enterprise service delivery operations.

Essential Functions
  • Maintains accountability for completing support tasks as directed.
  • Maintains clear and appropriate documentation of actions taken.
  • May analyzes department processes and other Corewell Health systems encountered and makes recommendations improvements, as appropriate. Participates in quality monitoring activities/process improvement activities.
  • Communicates, collaborates, and acts as a team player with others in order to ensure continuity and coordination of services.
Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Currently enrolled in high school or have graduated from high school, or are enrolled in a university pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in the area of accountability.

    • May also be a recent graduate from an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.

  • Detailed-oriented and organized
  • Enjoys working with data and can analyze large datasets
  • Eager to learn and collaborate with others
