Join our innovative team at Staffmark, as we are seeking to fill a Development Verification Engineer position at a leading global electric vehicle company located in Phoenix, AZ.

Pay Rate: $65 - $70/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead full system validation of vehicle software related to Connectivity, Access Control Systems, and Digital Key features.
  • Review and refine software requirements for clarity, completeness, and testability.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and automated test cases for functionality, integration, and performance.
  • Identify and document defects, ensuring delivery of high-quality, production-ready software.
  • Continuously improve validation processes and testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and resolve issues efficiently.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (2+ years of relevant experience).
  • Hands-on experience with wireless technologies (BLE, UWB, NFC) and automotive protocols (DoIP, UDS, LIN, CAN).
  • Strong understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G, GPS) and security concepts (Mutual TLS, VPN, 802.1x, PKI).
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting for test automation and building automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience with automation, stress testing tools, and detailed issue documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills with a passion for embedded systems testing.
