CDL B Delivery Driver

Staffmark Drivers is hiring a CDL B Delivery Driver in Grand Prairie, TX! If you're looking for local routes, weekly pay, and a path to full-time employment, this is the opportunity for you!

Pay: $22.00 per hour + Overtime (after 40 hours)

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday | Start times vary between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM, work until route is complete | Occasional Mondays required during peak weeks (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).

Job Details:

• Route: Local & dedicated - ~20 stops/day
• Miles: Avg. 160/day; up to 300 during peak
• Freight: Touch freight - alcohol/beverage delivery
• Unload: By hand - bottles, cases, pallets
• Truck Type: 26-ft box truck (Class B)
• Lifting: Up to 50 lbs (occasionally 100 lbs)
• Schedule: Temp-to-hire (520 hours)
• Tools: May work with a helper + HOS software

Job Duties:

• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Deliver invoices accurately and verify orders with customers
• Collect non-cash payments when necessary
• Secure and maintain physical security of the vehicle at all times
• Report any route concerns to management
• Assist in maintaining route efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Comply with all DOT regulations and hours of service
• Represent RNDC in a professional manner with customers

Qualifications:

• Valid Class B CDL (Class A accepted based on location)
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Clean MVR and the ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Registered in the FMCSA Clearinghouse
• Minimum 1 year of recent CDL driving experience (within the past 3 years)
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must meet insurance qualifications and obtain any required state ABC licenses
