We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly motivated Microsoft Marketing Specialist to drive engagement, growth, and visibility for Microsoft Cloud Platforms and related services. This role will amplify our partnership with Microsoft by aligning marketing initiatives with Microsoft's co-sell and marketplace strategies, collaborating across internal teams and with Microsoft stakeholders, and developing compelling marketing and sales enablement materials.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning and Execution

Design, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events that showcase Microsoft Cloud Platforms, including webinars, workshops, conferences, and partner briefings.

Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, attendee registrations, and post-event follow-up.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure events align with strategic objectives and drive meaningful engagement.

Develop event marketing materials such as invitations, agendas, presentations, and promotional collateral.

Track event performance metrics and produce insightful reports to inform future event strategies.

Market Research and Go-To-Market Approach Support

Support the Practice Lead in product launch planning and execution, including positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation for Microsoft Cloud Platforms.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.

Coordinate with sales, technical teams, and partners to ensure product readiness and alignment with customer needs.

Manage product feedback loops and assist in refining offerings based on client and market insights.

Content Creation

Evaluate and repurpose Microsoft partner materials to ft our brand and messaging.

Develop sales enablement tools including pitch decks and web copy.

Collaborate with Practice Lead, subject matter expert and National Marketing to product blog posts and client success stories.

Leverage A/B testing and data-driven methods for continuous improvement and ROI tracking.

Collaboration and Direction

Work closely and collaboratively with the Microsoft Cloud Platforms Practice Lead, taking strategic direction and translating it into actionable marketing plans.

Foster open communication and effective teamwork across marketing, sales, technical, and partner teams.

Participate in regular meetings to align priorities, progress, and performance-bringing forward innovative ideas and constructive feedback.

Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology or cloud solutions.

Demonstrated experience in event planning and campaign management.

Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Collaborative spirit and adaptable approach to shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, or related cloud services.

Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and trends.

Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital advertising platforms.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Creative problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Experience working directly with practice leads, executives, or senior stakeholders.
