As a Program Manager, you will lead a diverse portfolio of projects, from conception through delivery, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and foster a thriving work environment. You will be the architect behind impactful employee experience initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and communicate their value across the organization. This role offers the chance to not only manage but to truly shape the internal landscape, contributing to a culture of engagement and operational excellence.

**What You'll Do:**

* Lead a portfolio of intricate programs, managing planning, timelines, milestones, financial aspects, performance metrics, and resource allocation. You will communicate status and risks effectively to stakeholders, ensure accountability, understand system mapping, and collaborate with teams to develop and communicate rigorous processes.

* Design and implement compliant, complex programs from initiation to delivery with minimal guidance, working with diverse stakeholders across organizational, product, and business functions.

* Develop compelling collateral, including proposals, strategy decks, and internal/external pitch content, to incorporate stakeholder needs and achieve business objectives.

* Synthesize program insights for stakeholders, partners, and customers, leveraging data and performance metrics to demonstrate value and business impact. You will adapt communication styles, define and execute landing and communication plans, lead the rhythm of business during execution, and ensure cross-team alignment.

* Drive the planning and execution of employee experience strategies and initiatives in partnership with administrative teams. This includes operational and communication aspects related to giving programs, innovation challenges, AI skilling, diversity and inclusion efforts, management development, and engaging internal events.

* Coordinate with global partners to ensure cohesion and consistency in strategy and local execution across all programs.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience leading a portfolio of complex projects from planning through delivery.

* Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement programs.

* Experience in synthesizing program information and communicating impact to diverse audiences.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of adapting to various audiences.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.

* Experience working in a matrixed global organization.

* Project management or program management experience.
