KPMG is currently seeking a AI Solutions, Program Manager to join our Clients and Markets organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Business Stakeholders and manage day-to-day execution of AI-driven insights initiatives ensuring they align with established strategic goals; own the development and maintenance of program-level roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables
  • Serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment; establish success metrics to measure insights solution impact
  • Ensure all AI solutions comply with ethical AI, regulatory, and data governance frameworks in collaboration with a centralized AI focused Data Catalyst team
  • Work with business and technical teams to define metadata standards, taxonomies, and lineage tracking for AI datasets
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and issues; work with project leads and team members to develop and execute mitigation plans
  • Support awareness and adoption of AI data governance practices across the organization through training and communication
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum seven years of experience in data stewardship, governance, or related roles, preferably with exposure to AI or analytics data
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or a related field
  • Experience supporting data infrastructure in a professional services firm preferred; experience with data governance tools preferred (for example: Collibra, Alation, Informatica) preferred; exposure to AI/ML platforms (for example: Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, DataRobot) preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in translating complex data into business recommendations; prior experience in a business intelligence or data analyst role is a strong asset
  • Strong understanding of AI/ ML concepts, data management, and business application of AI; experience facilitating data quality improvement initiatives in large organizations
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with business and non-technical stakeholders
