Job Title: Digital & IT SAP FICO Specialist Location: Irvine, CA, 92618 Duration: Direct Hire Shift : 1^st Salary: $130k-$150k/yr. with full benefits Notes: Looking for someone who can either work at Irvine, CA or Akron, OH or Cleveland OH Exp: SME Finance & Controlling Manufacturing background preferred Job Summary: Seeking an experienced SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert. Will ensure SAP solutions align with business needs, SAP templates, and manufacturing processes, focusing on ECC 6.0 and S/4 modules for Finance, Controlling, and Project Systems. Role & Responsibilities: Act as SAP FICO SME to advise on system capabilities and business process integration. Gather and analyze business requirements through various techniques. Design and document SAP solutions, process flows, and technical designs. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver SAP configuration and improvements. Support SAP template deployment and continuous process optimization. Provide after-hours support and travel as required. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field; relevant SAP certifications a plus. Minimum 5 years SAP full-cycle experience in Finance and Controlling. Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, RICEFW, BAPI, and integration points. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Manufacturing industry experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
