ATI is seeking a Project Manager for our Millersburg, OR location. This is an onsite position Monday-Friday and typically works day shift. This role will lead and integrate project management for small projects or project areas, with a focus on applying engineering expertise to drive successful outcomes across multiple disciplines and execution centers. This role involves oversight of project scope, stakeholder engagement, change management, and quality assurance while coordinating field assignments and supplier interactions.

Primary Responsibilities

Project scope management

} Identify requirements and develop detailed scope of work

} Secure buy-in/approval from key stakeholders

Project supply chain management (small to medium PO or subcontract)

} Lead development of technical documents such as scope of work, requests for information (RFIs), invitations to bid (ITBs), requests for proposal (RFPs), and requests for quotation (RFQs)

} Manage supplier/contractor interface, track deliverables against scope of work, and execute timely change management

} Conduct technical close-outs and quality assurance reviews of PO/contract deliverables to ensure standards are met

Project communications and project stakeholder management

} Initiate and lead project meetings, including addressing gaps/breakdowns

} Lead creation, collection, and distribution of project information to project team (i.e., competent with all modes of internal communications, including public speaking)

Project Cost and Schedule Management

} Participate in developing CAPEX estimates and project services proposals, including understanding commercial models

} Support management of project cost forecasts and changes to the cost baseline

} Develop and sequence activities, estimate resource requirements, and monitor progress against baseline schedules to address potential delays and performance issues

Project Quality and Risk Management

} Monitor execution of project quality plans, perform quality audits, and ensure compliance with standards for final acceptance

} Participate in business risk reviews, identifying and analyzing project risks, and support risk mitigation strategies.

Other Duties

} Complete field assignments as required to support project construction and commissioning

} Support proposal development with technical expertise as needed

Qualifications

} Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

} Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM) or equivalent experience preferred

} 2+ years of experience in engineering with project management responsibilities, including exposure to scope, cost, and schedule management.

Key Skills & Competencies

} Ability to translate engineering knowledge into actionable project requirements and deliverables.

} Excellent communication skills, with experience or training in public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and client relations

} Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

} Experience leading technical teams, working cross-functionally, and engaging stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Salary Range: $73,000 to $87,000/annually +
