You will guide field teams, monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and help maintain alignment between project objectives and on-site performance.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction plans to ensure work is performed in compliance with design intent and applicable standards.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to manage the handover of work packages and resolve field engineering challenges.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to field staff, subcontractors, and craft professionals, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Participate in project planning, workface coordination, and progress reporting to maintain accurate visibility of field performance.
  • Identify and communicate construction risks and opportunities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and review construction documentation, including work packs, method statements, and field change requests.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of construction systems, tools, and processes to improve project execution efficiency.
