As a Room Attendant at The Pfister Hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable, and welcoming, upholding the hotel's tradition of luxury and elegance.

Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for nearly 130 years. As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for 46 consecutive years. The hotel is one of only 11 properties throughout North America to maintain the AAA Four Diamond designation since the inception of the Diamond Rating program in 1976.

What you will be doing:

* Clean and refresh up to 16 guest rooms per day with efficiency and precision.

* Maintain the Pfister's elevated standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation in every room.

* Provide stayover service and replenish guest amenities daily.

* Clean and sanitize bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and change linens with care.

* Keep hallways, carts, and storage areas neat, organized, and free of clutter.

* Use technology (HotSOS app) to follow checklists and complete assigned tasks.

* Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost and found items promptly.

* Support the team by re-stocking carts and assisting with special projects as directed.

Position Requirements:

* Previous housekeeping experience preferred; luxury hotel background a plus.

* Ability to use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.

* Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and push/pull carts for an entire shift.

* Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.

* Professional, well-groomed, and courteous demeanor.

* Basic English communication skills preferred.

* Must adhere to Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement regulations, with the option for union membership after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly

Pay Rate: $17.53 per hour
