Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.80/hr

We are seeking an Entry-Level Clean Room Parts Cleaner to support the clean room operations and mechanical assembly work in a high-tech environment focused on advancing fusion energy. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in a clean room setting or recent graduates in engineering or physics looking to gain hands-on production experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform cleaning, handling, and preparation of precision parts in a clean room environment
* Follow detailed mechanical build instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Maintain cleanliness standards by adhering to clean room protocols and safety procedures
* Collaborate with engineers and technicians during assembly and production activities
* Support inventory tracking and organization of components and tools
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, maintaining 5S standards and a hazard-free workspace
* Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure alignment with production goals and timelines

Preferred Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a clean room or lab environment
* Experience following detailed assembly or mechanical build instructions
* Exposure to optical assembly or laser system components is a plus, but not required
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
* Recent graduates in engineering, physics, or related technical fields are encouraged to apply
* Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident (Green Card holder), or otherwise lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
