Assists in the development and execution of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a product, bridging the gap between product development, marketing, and sales. Key responsibilities include conducting market research to understand customer needs, crafting compelling messaging that highlights product features and benefits, and monitoring product performance to drive adoption and revenue.

This position is hybrid out of one of our US Hubs: Cincinnati, Atlanta, Denver

What you'll own as a Financial Analyst II

  • Customer Understanding:Understand our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Market Understanding:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market needs and pain points; Be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Messaging & Positioning:Translate product features into compelling customer-facing messaging and position the product in the market that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:Guide and inform the GTM strategy - which channels, what type of merchant, which partners and when; partner with key stakeholders like L&D, LOB marketing, Central Marketing, Client Communications and more to develop integrated plans that support product launches and ongoing growth.
  • Product Launches:Support product launch initiatives, ensuring the product is ready and marketed effectively to reach potential customers.
  • Sales Enablement:Partner to develop sales tools and collateral; act as an advisor to on all training materials, to empower the sales team to effectively sell the product.
  • Campaigns & Content:Partner closely with LOB Marketing and Central Marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns; create product content (videos, blogs, presentations), and manage promotional events.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align strategies and achieve product goals.
  • Performance Measurement:Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Learn about and support our sales channels; lean into conversations about how we solve problems we solve for our buyers and users; assist in the develop of internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
  • Understand and document our buyer's process, including where they get information, and thewho,what,whenandwhybehind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales, operations, servicing, and marketing processes based on what you learn.
  • Rely on data to make recommendations. Collaborate with a team to measure product performance, campaign success, and customer feedback, making adjustments as needed based on analysis. Being comfortable with data is critical.

What you'll bring

  • 2-4 years of product marketing experience with at least 1 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to internal sales teams, customers and or prospects)
  • A creative that loves to balance the technical aspects of the job with the design and layout, to best capture people's attention and drive understanding
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is - or isn't-working
  • Must be a comfortable speaking in front of large groups, and a solid writer
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
  • Can see the bigger picture, but balance long-term strategies with immediate market dynamics, business objectives, and changing timelines
  • Has an eye for detail; comfortable thoroughly learning their product and documenting all nuances
  • Experience working across multiple teams with the ability to influence others without direct authority
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing

The pay range for this full-time position is $79,400.00 - $129,500.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
