Job Description: The Senior Release Manager is a strategic partner within the technology organization, reporting to SVP of Global Engineering. This role works closely with engineering, product and enterprise project management teams to plan, coordinate and govern enterprise-wide technology releases. In this role, you will provide operational leadership to define organizational release strategies, manage release pipelines and ensure adherence to governance standards. You will oversee release planning, risk management and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality delivery of technology initiatives. This position is critical for fostering collaboration across teams by aligning release activities with business priorities, providing transparency into release progress and enabling successful execution of technology initiatives during periods of transformation and change. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
