BILINGUAL CANDIDATES ONLY Chubb Bill Rate: 35.59 Supplier Max Submittal Bill Rate: 34.54 Conversion Annual Salary Range is 42K-44K Job Hours: 40 hours - 7:30am-8:00pm central time Job Schedule: 5 days in office- Some Saturday hours may be required. TEMP TO PERM opportunity Hiring Manager/Supervisor - Yvonne Henry Job Summary: The CWB Representative role supports the CWB Chubb Workplace Benefits contact center by servicing customers through inbound/outbound calls and emails. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment demonstrate attention to detail excel in communication and possess strong problem-solving skills. The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer experience. In addition assisting with functions that include but is not limited to: Responsibilities - Provide superior customer experience via incoming telephone calls in a fast-paced automated high-volume contact center environment - Assume ownership and timeliness in handling callers requests in an efficient accurate and professional manner - Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations responding in a respectful accurate timely manner consistently meeting commitments - Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications to research analyze and resolve requests inquiries - Maintain performance and quality standards - Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems while maintaining a positive phone experience - Ability to learn the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and Chubb and Combined products offered to our CWB customers - Work collaboratively with team members and business partners to provide a positive customer experience for our caller - Ability to work 40 hours a week on scheduled shift between the hour 7am-8pm CST work overtime and weekends as needed - Assist with special requests as needed. - Complete additional tasks and other projects/duties as assigned Qualifications - Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent college degree or currently pursuing is preferred. - 1-3 years experience of Insurance - Customer- focused mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service to employees - Previous experience in a high-volume contact center with a focus on decision making problem solving and delivering superior customer service is a plus! - Outstanding effective and service focused communication skills both verbal and written - Proficient in computer skills multi-application navigation and multi-tasking - Accepts accountability ABOUT COMBINED INSURANCE Combined Insurance Company of America is a Chubb company and a leading provider of supplemental accident health disability and life insurance products in North America. Truist building off main street- $12-15/hr a day, the client will pay for 2 of the 5 days so the contractor will need to pay the other 3 days. AZ: Gordon James-also manages the team with Yvonne Chubb Workplace Benefits-individuals that support this line of business handle calls that come in from employees-supplemental insurance to their employees on behalf of Combined insurance. We make sure we live up to expectation of white glove experience to those employees. Claims updates, status on a claim, sensitive calls-loss of benefits/time, looking for assistance for funds. Some may have received diagnosis for something bad-cancer, etc. level of exp to navigate through that type of call. Some cases escalated cases-delay in claims getting paid out. Training is 9-10 weeks so they're very well equipped to take the calls. Minimum some contact center exp-2+ years, and insurance exp specifically supplemental great, any insurance exp medical/supplemental/casualty is always a plus so they understand the claims process. Being able to use multiple screens and navigating multiple systems. Can have in either location-hard to find bilingual in SC but recently having better luck Bilingual only Need call center exp-not need insurance. Business acumen, contact center discipline. Metrics: manage them to handle time-backburner, quality is critical-basic customer service skills, empathy, build rapport, AHT, adherence to schedule, agent satisfaction. How often are they working OT on Saturdays? Rarely-ask them on voluntary basis, open to their availability Like to start next week-2 step process (Gordon and Yvonne on first one, then AVP Marc on the second int 15-30 min) then from there to meet with VP Jeff Clark 10-15 min. all will be virtual. *Experience Level* Entry *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.
