Program Administrator, Enhanced Personal Care Home - Russellton, PA

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Candidates must meet one of the following:
  
  
  
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) from the Department of State
  • Associate's degree or 60 college credit hours from an accredited college or university
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) from the Department of State with at least one (1) year of related work experience
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the Department of State
  
  
  
  
• Must be comfortable driving clients using a company vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of the Department of Public Welfare-approved training program for Personal Care Home (PCH) Administrators
• One (1) year of experience in the mental health field
• One (1) year of supervisory or management experience

As the Program Administrator, you'll be the operational leader of the home. Ensuring that quality care, compliance, and compassion drive every decision. You'll guide a committed team, oversee program development and evaluation, and create a safe, supportive environment where residents can truly thrive.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Personal Care Home
• Ensure compliance with all BCHL and PCH regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of 22 staff members
• Collaborate on program development, planning, and evaluation
• Maintain a positive, home-like environment for residents

Earn $50,000/year or higher based on experience and/or licensure.
