What to Expect As Production Lead, you will oversee daily operations in production areas, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting production goals. This role demands a proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills to train team members, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in alignment with Tesla's operational standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a high-performing production environment, adapt to dynamic schedules across various shifts, and contribute to Tesla's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy through exceptional leadership.
