Job Description
The Behavioral Health (BH) Community Career Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting University Health Behavioral Health clients with employment opportunities in the community. This includes coordinating job development, on-site job training, ongoing employment support, and building strong partnerships with local employers and stakeholders. Working with individuals-many of whom live with mental health challenges or other disabilities-the Career Coordinator provides both one-on-one and group support to help participants prepare for, secure, and succeed in competitive employment. This role also involves meeting productivity and documentation standards, performing occasional administrative tasks, and operating under the guidance of the Employment Services Team Leader.
