Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Warehouse Foreman to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse workers, including assigning tasks, training new employees, and monitoring performance.
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of products to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments to streamline operations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment when necessary.
  • Monitor the condition of the warehouse and equipment; report and follow up on repairs and maintenance needs.
  • Implement and improve operational procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts within the warehouse team quickly and effectively.


Basic Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Associate's degree preferred



Salary: 33.65/hr to 36.06/hr
