As a Product & Vision Link Administrator (Part-Time) , you will effectively administer Vision Link and supporting dealer web based applications. Establish and/ or maintain customer and equipment information in support of equipment management services. What You Will Do in This Role: Grant and maintain access for Vision Link, SOS, Trimble (DMT) and Part store on-line applications Establish and maintain customer information in DMT including Universal Customer ID (UCID) and customer equipment data and population information Coordinate with Caterpillar and/or other Caterpillar Dealerships to resolve duplication or conflicts with UCID's Provide parameters to service personnel for hardware installation and configuration Establish, activate and maintain equipment subscriptions and customer invoicing Utilize the Dealer Service Network (DSN) for reporting hardware and software related issues Complete all necessary documentation and follow up as required in a timely, orderly manner Train users on the functionality, benefits and reporting within the Vision Link and supporting applications Communicate with PSR's, MSR's, Technicians and Service Management to identify needs and ways that this position can support their needs Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
