Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Full-time. Day shift hours. Monday - Friday 0700 or 0730 start time; 1 day a week of on-call for walk in injuries. No weekends or holidays. You will work at the 1415 E State St Clinic in Rockford, IL. Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience 4 years clinical experience in direct patient care. Required Licenses & Certifications Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois. Required Bi-Annual BLS. Required Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) designation.
