Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Full-time. Day shift hours. Monday - Friday 0700 or 0730 start time; 1 day a week of on-call for walk in injuries. No weekends or holidays. You will work at the 1415 E State St Clinic in Rockford, IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:

  • Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
  • Overtime
  • On-call pay

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate degree with equivalent experience. Required
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
Work Experience
  • 4 years clinical experience in direct patient care. Required
Licenses & Certifications
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois. Required
  • Bi-Annual BLS. Required
  • Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) designation. Preferred
