Hallmark is seeking a Digital Data Analytics Manager to join our team and lead the charge in transforming data into strategic insights across our eCommerce channels. This role is a key driver of performance tracking, forecasting, and storytelling- connecting the dots between consumer behavior, marketing impact, and commercial outcomes.

What You'll Do:



  • Lead Insight-to-Action Initiatives: Deliver actionable insights through curiosity, iteration, and compelling storytelling that influence business decisions.
  • Own eBusiness Forecasting & Reporting: Use tools like Tableau, Excel, Adobe, Power BI, and Manhattan to build forecasts and performance reports that support financial goals.
  • Drive Sales Insights: Provide commercial updates with a focus on performance trends and opportunities.
  • Champion A/B Testing Strategy: Partner with Product, Merchandising, and Content teams to develop and interpret impactful commercial tests. Own the storytelling and "so what" synthesis for leadership forums.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Hallmark Digital leadership and cross-functional partners to align analytics with business strategy.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:



  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional work experience
  • At least 5 years of professional advanced analytics experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience using statistical programming languages and/or data visualization tools
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a team of data analysts, including guidance, mentoring and training



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume will stand out if you have:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Physics, Math, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Social Sciences or a quantitative field
  • Experience with advanced statistical modeling, including predictive analysis, forecasting, regression, experimentation (multivariate is a plus), data mining, sequential/time-series, supervised and unsupervised models, etc.
  • Expertise with data visualization tools including Adobe, Power BI, Tableau, Dash, RShiny, D3.js, MicroStrategy, etc.
  • Strong desire to explore various data sources to uncover hidden trends and opportunities for the organization
  • Expertise in "so-what" insights, including the ability to simplify large and complex problems to determined appropriate approaches and uncover data driven actionable solutions
  • Proven track record of utilizing technical and business acumen to drive strategy and solutions, including high expertise in other business subject matters
  • Self-directed, detailed & team oriented with highly developed problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong organizational, planning and interpersonal skills

  • The Hallmark Digital team is highly collaborative and therefore spends time at Hallmark headquarters in Kansas City a few days a week and during critical team building events. On other days we work from home, flexing schedule details as needed by consumers, the business, and team members.
