The signal monitoring and Keysight spectrum management software (KSMS) team based in our headquarters (Santa Rosa, CA) is looking for a student who would like to gain exposure of digital signal processing (DSP) and direction finding (DF). This intern will contribute from algorithm development, code development (Matlab and C++) and final system integration. You'll interface with many cross-functional partners from application engineering, product management and various R&D team, our team is across globe. this is an exciting opportunity for anyone who likes to be working in high tech industry. Responsibilities As part of front-end team of Keysight spectrum management software (KSMS) Develop features to support upcoming software releases Develop new functionalities to improve graph and mapping components Qualifications Desired Qualifications: Junior, Senior, first year and master's in computer science and computer engineering Experience in frontend development using Angular or React framework Have practical experience and knowledge of TCP/IP networking. Excellent knowledge in Typescript or Javascript. Experience in web deployment using On-prem Web Servers or Cloud Services (AWS) Experience with web services such as REST Strong instincts and background in creating simple, clean and easy-to-use user interfaces Bonus skills: Experience in using Plotly.js or other similar graphing libraries. Experience in Leaflet or other interactive map libraries. Understanding of RF signals like LTE, 5G or WiFi or RADAR (class works or work experience) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Keysight Internship Program Requirements Candidates who wish to be considered must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university as of September 2025. Applicants who have graduated before September 2025 will not be considered unless they are starting a MS or PHD program after graduating. Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position. California Pay Range: MIN $31.33 MAX $41.75 per hour Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
