  • Estimated annual base pay: $65,000(minimum) - $84,000(midpoint) - $104,000(maximum)

We are thrilled to announce the inaugural cohort of the Woodward Rotation Program! As an Engineering Rotation Program Member at Woodward, you will participate in a dynamic two-year rotational program designed to accelerate your growth as a technical and future business leader. Through three immersive 8-month rotations, you will gain hands-on experience in diverse engineering functions such as New Product Introduction (NPI) Test Engineering, NPI Mechanical Engineering, Engine Systems Applications, Mechanical Design, Program Management, and R&D Technology.

Each rotation is structured to build both technical depth and cross-functional breadth, with assignments ranging from product design and validation to project management and advanced data analysis. Rotation Program Members can expect to relocate to one of Woodward's US sites for each rotation. Exceptional candidates will have the interest and drive to learn across the Industrial and Aerospace segments, the desire and adaptability to relocate multiple times, and the passion to develop as a future leader at Woodward.

You will engage in accredited coursework, professional skills training, and leadership development seminars, while benefiting from mentorship, regular performance reviews, and exposure to Woodward leadership.   • Collaborate Across Teams: Works with cross functional departments to ensure alignment and timely completion of engineering projects.
  • Apply Technical Principles: Utilizes foundational engineering theories and practices to contribute to design and development activities.
  • Report Project Progress: Provides regular updates and documentation on task status and outcomes for senior team members.
  • Resolve Standard Issues: Identifies and addresses common technical problems using predefined methods and guidelines.
