We are thrilled to announce the inaugural cohort of the Woodward Rotation Program! As an Engineering Rotation Program Member at Woodward, you will participate in a dynamic two-year rotational program designed to accelerate your growth as a technical and future business leader. Through three immersive 8-month rotations, you will gain hands-on experience in diverse engineering functions such as New Product Introduction (NPI) Test Engineering, NPI Mechanical Engineering, Engine Systems Applications, Mechanical Design, Program Management, and R&D Technology. You will engage in accredited coursework, professional skills training, and leadership development seminars, while benefiting from mentorship, regular performance reviews, and exposure to Woodward leadership.
