Registered Nurse (RN) Advanced Heart Failure IMC 3NW

General Summary of Position
Nurses on 3NW specialize in the treatment of
advanced heart failure. We provide carefor medically complex patients
requiring advanced treatment options for heart failure suchas: continuous
infusion of IV inotropic drugs, left ventricular assist devices (LVAD),heart
transplants, ultra filtration, and high-risk medications used to manage
pulmonaryhypertension. Our patient population depends on the success of our
multidisciplinaryteam, and a holistic model of care to support them as they
cope through their heart failurejourney.

This position has a hiring range of $40.170 - $65.308
