**Your Impact:**

As a Freelance Print Stylist, you will be instrumental in crafting the visual narrative of upcoming collections. You will leverage your artistic talent and technical prowess to translate brand concepts into stunning print artwork, ensuring every detail contributes to a cohesive and exciting product assortment. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse teams, innovate with materials, and see your creative contributions directly influence a beloved brand's offerings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Drive the artistic direction for seasonal print stories, developing and styling brand-right artwork that supports various product categories from initial concept to production handoff.

* Collaborate seamlessly with the internal design team to create and adapt original print artwork and novelty raw materials, ensuring they perfectly complement the total product assortment.

* Work closely with technical specialists to build and refine print layouts, meticulously ensuring proper scale, repeat, and technical feasibility across different fabric and product types.

* Utilize advanced proficiency in design software to execute layouts, repeats, and presentation boards for critical internal reviews and milestone meetings.

* Provide expert feedback on print strike-offs in partnership with design and production teams, safeguarding creative intent and upholding the highest quality standards.

* Maintain impeccably organized print files, charts, and decks throughout the development process, ensuring timely and accurate communication of updates and revisions to cross-functional partners.

* Proactively track progress against key deliverables and seasonal deadlines, guaranteeing that all print assets are delivered accurately and on time.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 2-5 years of dedicated print design or textile design experience, ideally within a fast-paced retail or consumer brand environment.

* A strong, foundational understanding of print construction, repeats, and layout composition.

* Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

* Demonstrated ability to consistently create commercially relevant and brand-appropriate prints.

* Exceptional attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and unwavering follow-through.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and proactively under minimal supervision.

* A flexible, proactive mindset, with the proven ability to adapt swiftly to shifting priorities and timelines.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Familiarity with NedGraphics or similar textile design software.
